13 Capitol Hill units sell for over $3M

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 319 Belmont Ave. E. has sold for a bit under $3.7 million, according to King County records. The seller was SMA Properties, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Z2 Holdings LLC, which is associated with a private investor on Mercer Island. No new plans have been filed for the property.
