Concrete plant sells for over $9M

The EnCon concrete plant at 5415 189th St. E., south of Frederickson , has sold for $9.5 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was EnCon Pacific LLC of Denver, the well-known maker of precast and pre-stressed concrete, which acquired the land from 1999 – 2005 for about $2.6 million.
