Prologis pays $7M for Fife warehouse

FIFE, Pierce County — A warehouse at 7009 45th St. Court E. in Fife sold for $6.8 million, according to Pierce County records. The buyer was an LLC associated with Prologis.

That logistics giant hasn't filed any new plans for the property. It also owns the two neighboring industrial buildings to the east; those total 136,804 square feet on about 8 acres. It now has three industrial buildings in a row.
