ARLINGTON, Snohomish County — The Builders First Source and Taylor Industrial Park properties, at 20815 69th Ave. N.E. in Arlington , sold for a little under $19.3 million, according to Snohomish County records.
The seller was Cook Investments NW Industrial Park LLC of Nevada, associated with the owner of Oso Lumber, which acquired the land in 2005 for $4.1 million. It then apparently had a few old buildings on it — some dating back to its historic use by Miller Shingle Co. Oso Lumber was acquired in 2010 by national firm ProBuild; that company was acquired five years later by Builders FirstSource, which still operates there. Terms for that lease are unknown.
