$6M sale for 10 acres in Milton

MILTON, King County — Mostly vacant land at 38240 Milton Road S., which abuts the Lloyd Enterprises materials yard, has sold for over $6.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Riku Investments LLC, associated with two members of the Lloyd family and a partner, which acquired the property in 2013 for $265,000.
