On the Block: Three locals partner on SLC industrial rehab
Local firms Columbia Pacific Advisors and Lake Union Partners are active in markets well beyond Seattle. One example is Campus SLC, an old red warehouse complex in Salt Lake City, which is slated to become a sports, entertainment, dining and hotel center, anchored by Seattle outdoor sports company evo.
Columbia Pacific recently announced that its lending arm has provided a $31 million construction loan for Campus SLC, where renovation work recently began. LUP says it hopes to complete the preservation/renovation job in about a year. The company's Joe Ferguson is overseeing the project. The purchase price hasn't been disclosed.
