Vulcan plans another 180 Bellevue units in 'bifurcated donut' scheme

The 200 Plaza corner (in magenta) is directly west of Vulcan’s Taco Time site; and both are north of the three office towers, aka West Main, Vulcan is now building.

Back in 2014, an old downtown Bellevue strip mall at 206 105th Ave. N.E. traded for $15 million to a pair of Eastside investors. The sellers, the Alhadeff family and partners, loaned the buyers $14 million in that deal. Three years later, the new owners gave Vulcan Real Estate the right of first offer to purchase 200 Plaza — home to Lawrence the Florist, Omega Photo, Bellevue Fireplace Shop and others.
