Office park sells for over $53M

Highlands Campus Tech Centre, at 21222 30th Drive S.E. and related addresses in Bothell, sold last week for slightly over $53.2 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was a fund managed by Equus Capital Partners of Philadelphia, which also issued a press release with details.

The buyer was RREF IV-P Bothell LLC, which Equus says is a venture of Rialto Capital and SteelWave.
