Condos planned for Kirkland site

KIRKLAND — An old teardown four-plex at 315 Fifth Ave. S. in Kirkland sold for $3 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Steeple Rock 2019 LLC, associated with Cordillera Group of Kirkland, which has filed plans to demolish the old structure.
