Pacific 7-Eleven site sold for $6M

PACIFIC, King County — The corner site of a new 7-Eleven at 415 Milwaukee Blvd N. in Pacific sold for a little $6 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were two family LLCs that had owned the land for decades. Last year, after the lease was signed with 7-Eleven and before construction, there was a nominal sale within the family worth about $900,000.
