$3M sale for site in Federal Way

FEDERAL WAY — A vacant, over 4-acre development site at 34700 Ninth Ave. S. sold for a little over $3.4 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Smith Real Estate Development LLC, which is associated with century-old Smith Brothers Farms of Kent, a fourth-generation business.
