On the Block: With new spa, 300 Pine begins to fill its reconfigured retail space

The announced sale of 300 Pine, with a rumored price tag of $580 million, hasn't yet been recorded by the county. Starwood Capital, of Connecticut will be the seller, after buying the building in chunks from 2015 to 2020 for almost $184 million.

Macy's closed in February of last year, just before the pandemic struck.
