Bothell townhouses trade for $10M

BOTHELL — A rental portion of Silver Creek Crossing, at 19102 20th Drive S.E. in Bothell, sold for $10 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Silver Creek Crossing Townhouses LLC, which had owned a stake in the development since completion circa 2007.
