Old Eastgate office park could get TOD makeover, with new apartments and office towers

In a very early massing study, looking northwest, the existing park-and-ride and future light rail station is a short walk west.

What began life as the nearly 15-acre Dobbins Lumber yard next became the Lincoln Executive Center, developed in 1984, then later the I-90 Executive Business Center. That five-building Eastgate office park, at 3380 146th Place S.E., was more recently rebranded as Cascade Yard following its last sale two years ago.
