106 Bitter Lake units planned

SEATTLE — An industrial building at 920 N. 137th St. went on the market last fall, listed at $11.5 million. The 2-acre corner, at Linden Avenue North, is zoned up to 75. But instead of apartments, prospective buyer Shelter Homes recently filed a townhouse plan, which would have 106 units in 18 buildings.

No architect is attached. The site is a block west of Aurora Avenue North. The 61-year-old building, eventually to be removed, is home to businesses including Pioneer Builders Supply.
