130 Wallingford units planned

SEATTLE —Stoneway Hardware has operated at 4318 Stone Way N. since 1986. The separately owned property went on the market three years ago, first listed at $8.6 million by Lee Sundquist of Market Associates, then later by CBRE. Current representation is unknown.

Now prospective buyer Kamiak Real Estate and Hybrid Architecture have filed an early plan to redevelop with a six-story apartment building with 130 units. Hybrid estimates the total project size at 85,000 square feet. About 5,770 square feet of commercial space and 52 parking stalls are also indicated.
