10 Uptown units sell for $3M

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 315 W. Roy St. sold out of receivership for $2.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the court-ordered receiver for Northlake Capital, which acquired the property in 2017 for $1.5 million, then later was foreclosed.
