Calif. firm pays over $6M for self-storage development site

Planning for the site, under two prior owners, goes back to 2007.

The site for a planned self-storage facility, at 2328 Harbor Ave. S.W., has traded again for a bit over $6.2 million. King County recorded the sale earlier this week.
