$3M sale for Tukwilla property

TUKWILA — The Western Cascade Truck property, at 12065 44th Place S., has sold for $3.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was Malara Properties LLC, which acquired the property in 2000 for $1 million.

The buyer was Burke Enterprises LLC, which is associated with a local investor. Public records indicate a loan from Banner Bank. No new plans have been filed.
