Lust for sale, only slightly soiled

The building was sliced in half in 1966, then lost its air rights in 2005.

She's back, dreams dashed, looking for love on a lonely stretch of First Avenue. The Seven Seas building, aka the Lusty Lady building, quietly toed the market last month. The familiar three-story building at 1315 First Ave. has long been owned by the Tolias family. It's been vacant since the famous peep-show business closed in 2010.
