Ballard building sells for nearly $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A commercial and office building at 2840 N.W. Market St. sold for a bit under $2.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the estate of Brooke Barnes, the late local investor, who acquired the property in 2014 for over $1.8 million.
