SEATTLE — Sandy's Seafood Market, 10528 Greenwood Ave. N., sold in July for a little over $1 million. Now the new owner, a Woodinville builder, has a filed a new apartment plan.
Architect Novion Group and related firm Sound Quality Construction are behind the plan, which calls for a six-story, 45-unit building. It would also have 20 parking stalls on two underground levels, plus 45 bike stalls.
