45 Magnolia units bound for first review

The project is about a block south of Security Properties’ planned 137-unit condominium, to go on top of a new Safeway (and replace the Albertsons).

The longtime owner of two old, vacant one-story buildings at 2412 32nd Ave. W. in Magnolia has been planning to redevelop since 2011. The current five-story, 45-unit apartment plan, from Studio 19 Architects, will have its first design review next month. That will likely be a virtual presentation.
