24 units planned for Capitol Hill site

SEATTLE — A small 11-apartment building at 1410 E. Howell St. sold three years ago to a Bellevue family investment group for $3.6 million. Now, with Public47 Architects, there's a new plan to redevelop with a five-story, 24-unit apartment project.

The plan hasn't yet entered design review. It also includes four parking stalls — apparently surface spaces on the alley to the east — and 24 bike stalls.
