3 floors leased at eleven50

SEATTLE — Construction began about a year ago at 1150 Eastlake Ave. E. That project, aka eleven50, is the second of two life science buildings Alexandria Real Estate Equities is developing on opposite sides of the street. Completion is expected in 2023, and one tenant has already filed plans to occupy three floors in the 12-story speculative project.

DPR Construction is building eleven50, now almost above ground, which was designed by Gensler.
