96 units planned for Bel-Red site

BELLEVUE — The old Cascade Place II business park, at 12727 Northup Way in Bellevue, is on the market. Kidder Mathews' Andy Miller is offering the 5.2-acre property, unpriced, on behalf of longtime owner Brenner Construction.

Now there's a new townhouse plan from prospective buyer Taylor Development. It calls for 17 three-story buildings, totaling 96 units. Each home would include a two-car garage. Total project size for what Taylor calls SpringVue is about 211,728 square feet.
