Industrial property trades for $49M

FREDERICKSON, Pierce County — The new Canyon Road Logistics building, at 5210 196th St. E. in Frederickson, sold for just over $48.9 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Exeter Frederickson Land LLC, associated with Exeter Property Group of Pennsylvania, which acquired the nearly 19-acre former Miles Sand & Gravel property in early 2020 for about $6.6 million, then developed it with the 300,942-square-foot building.
