Seattle Times pays nearly $14M for Kent printing plant

The Rotary Offset Press property, at 6600 S. 231st St. in Kent, has sold for almost $13.8 million, according to King County records. The buyer was South North Creek Facility LLC, associated with The Seattle Times, which already owned the Rotary Offset business. Now it has the real estate, too.

The seller was ECFT Kent LLC, the trust for a family group that acquired the property in 1994 for over $3.3 million.
