182 former wartime housing units in Bremerton sell for over $35M

SeaGlass Village, at 1014 Parkside Drive and related Bremerton addresses, sold late last month for $35.5 million, according to Kitsap County records — which only last week reflected the sale. The seller was an LLC associated with New Standard Equities, of Southern California, which acquired the 182-unit property in 2016 for $13 million. It was then known as Bremerton Gardens. At the time, New Standard was planning $3.5 million in renovations.
