65 units planned for Greenwood site

SEATTLE — A midblock parcel at 8733 Greenwood Ave. N. sold almost exactly a year ago for $1.1 million. The new owners, local investors, recently filed a four-story, 26-unit apartment plan for the property.

The 6,718-square-foot lot now has a tear-down house on it. The new plan by d/Arch describes a building with about 22,086 square feet; that figure includes seven structured parking stalls, to be accessed from the alley to the west. The bike parking would have 26 stalls. The project is listed with a nominal value of $2.6 million.
