SEDU project sells for $4M

SEATLE — A not-quite-finished SEDU project at 1109 N. 92nd St. sold last month for just under $3.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 92nd & Aurora LLC, which acquired the project in 2018 for over $1.3 million. It was then also under construction. The property was foreclosed earlier last year, and finally sold out of receivership.
