Taco shop buys its Capitol Hill building

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Mercado Luna, at 422 E. Pine St., sold last week for $2.3 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Hillclimb LLC, which is associated with the owner of the restaurant and its Mezcaleria Oaxaca take-out business.

The seller was ESS Investments LLC, which acquired the property in 2011 for $900,000.
