Looking south, the tracks run above 28th Avenue South, with station’s structured parking garage at right.

Well over two years ago, a SeaTac self-storage facility at 19825 Pacific Hwy. S. sold for $6.5 million to Canadian developer GMC Projects. That company later hired Weinstein AU to design an apartment project on the 2-acre site, aka 19825 International Blvd., which is directly opposite Angle Lake Station.
