With $18M land sale, Legacy Partners nears start on 288 Bellevue units

As planned, Legacy Partners has bought the site of its coming Bellevue Station apartment project. King County recorded the $18.2 million deal at 1525 132nd Ave. N.E. earlier this week. The seller of the doomed old Bel-Red area business park was DMC Assets LLC, associated with the Curran family. It acquired the 1980s development in 1993 for over $3.2 million. All the old buildings will be razed.
