SEATTLE — Five years ago, a Kirkland investor spent about $7 million to assemble a 2.3-acre site in Lake City. In 2018, Senior Housing Assistance Group filed a plan to develop it, but that didn't advance.
Now prospective buyer Jabooda Homes, of Mercer Island, has filed a plan for 12554 Lake City Way N.E. Caron Architecture is proposing two seven-story buildings with an unspecified number of units, plus underground parking.
