BELLEVUE — The former Centra Office Park, at 11808-11820 Northup Way, sold for $45.5 million, according to buyer American Assets Trust.
Apparently now rebranded as Bel-Spring 520, it had been owned by Swift Real Estate Partners of San Francisco. The last trade was in 2019, for a little over $32.6 million.
