SEATTLE — Like so many shrinking, aging Seattle religious institutions before it, Woodland Park United Church has filed plans for demolition and new apartments. The church now occupies about 20,000 square feet at 302 N. 78th St., on the corner of Greenwood Avenue North.
Neiman Taber Architects prepared the six-story, 75-unit plan, which includes ground-level space for the church. It'll apparently partner with Richard Conlin entity Conlin Columbia LLC, which is listed as the developer.
