49 SLU units trade for $29M

SEATTLE — The Fox & Finch apartments, at 525 Boren Ave. N., sold for a bit over $29 million, according to King County records.

The seller was WC Seattle I SPE LLC, an entity of Wilshire Capital Partners, which acquired the land in 2013 for $3 million, then developed it.
