Arlington site sells for almost $14M

By JOURNAL STAFF

ARLINGTON — An over 20-acre future development site at 6927-7415 204th St. N.E. in Arlington recently sold for nearly $13.8 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was MU & DJ Properties LLC, which had owned the property for decades. It now has three small tear-down industrial buildings from the 1950s and '60s, which look to be vacant.
