SEATTLE — The owner of an old motel also owns a vacant neighboring lot at 4112 Aurora Ave. N. Now, with CDA + Pirscher Architects, there's an early plan for a new five-story, 48-unit apartment building.

The lot lines between that parcel and the Marco Polo would first be redrawn.
