595 apartments set for Juanita

KIRKLAND — In the north end of Juanita, the over 3-acre Goodwill property at 13233 100th Ave. N.E. sold two years back to Balboa Retail Partners of Los Angeles. Later in 2020, it acquired the smaller inset US Bank property on the corner. The two Kirkland deals were worth about $6.1 million.

The Goodwill had previously been an Albertsons. Balboa is known as a retail investor and manager, not a developer.
