Drugstore trades for over $7M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SHORELINE — A Walgreens at 14510 Aurora Ave. N. in Shoreline sold late last month for almost $7.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Walgreen Co., which acquired the corner, then occupied by a bank, in 1995 for about $2.4 million. The store was developed in 2000.
