Colliers does $62M industrial deals

SPOKANE — Colliers recently announced two industrial sales in Eastern Washington, together worth about $62 million. The broker's Bill Condon and Matt McGregor worked both sides of the separate sales.

In Cheney, at 9212 W. Hallett Road, the 306,000-square-foot Hallett Building went for $40.4 million. That works out to around $132 per square foot. The seller wasn't named; Bridge Investment Group was the buyer.
