Pivot leasing its 71 Capitol Hill units

  • Hotel space has been added and restaurant tenants have been signed.

    Much of Pivot’s commercial space has been claimed, as the apartments above are leasing.

    Walsh Group has substantially completed construction at 1208 Pine St. on Capitol Hill. That's the eight-story Pivot, developed by Vibrant Cities and designed by Tiscareno Associates. The project broke ground in the summer of 2019, and numbers have changed a bit since then.
