Terreno pays $20M for Redmond site

REDMOND — An industrial property at 8660 Willows Road in Redmond sold for nearly $19.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Redmond 8660 LLC, associated with local auto dealer Al Monjazeb, which acquired the property in 2019 for $7.9 million. It was then home to Farmer Brothers Coffee, which appears to have since relocated.
