Site for Ballard office building is sold

No builder is attached to the project, to replace the former Louie’s parking lot.

Colliers announced the recent sale, worth over $1.7 million, for a corner development site at 5020 15th Ave. N.W. in Ballard. It's now a parking lot. With architect H+dlT Collaborative, seller Real Property Associates obtained a master use permit about a year ago for a small office building.
