The new apartment project will wrap around the landmarked Shannon & Wilson Building.

Developer Pollard Entities and architect Ankrom Moisan are planning to wrap a new apartment project around the landmarked Shannon & Wilson Building, at 3670 Woodland Park Ave. N. As the DJC first reported in February, the city Landmarks Preservation Board has been considering the eight-story plan, which has its first virtual design review with the city on July 25.
