Auburn complex trades for over $6M

AUBURN — A retail complex at 901-902 Outlet Collection Way in Auburn sold for $6.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Westpac Realty Fund II LLC, which acquired the land in 2000 for $532,000, then developed it.
