100 Tacoma units sell for over $21M

TACOMA — An apartment building at 904 76th St. E. recently sold for about $21.1 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was Coventry Apartment Associates LP, which appears to have been the original developer.

The buyer was PSP Coventry Court LLC, which is associated with Next Wave Investors of California.
