SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 219 Queen Anne Ave. N. sold last week for a little over $4.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was a local family that had owned the building since 1955, when new.
The buyer was Queen Needle LLC, which is associated with an Eastside investor. Public records indicate a loan from Alaska USA Federal Credit Union.
